8. SERVICE ACCESS NOTICE

(b) In the event of an act of major catastrophe such as terrorism, earthquake, riot, civil disorder, flood, fire, storm or other major disaster, (My Escort) reserves the right to suspend all its obligations under this contract or void the contract at its option. In any event, the Client fully agrees that My Escort.com.au maximum liability will be limited to the fees actually paid by the Client to (My Escort.com.au) less any reasonable administrative costs incurred to date. This contract is governed by the Laws in force in the state of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia.


9. ADVERTISING
(a) Special offer: You can place a personal profile and advertise in the (General Profile Pages) for as long as you like for only $150 AUD (Australian dollars) PER YEAR providing you also place our BANNER in a (top position) on your website Home Page or Link Page (if you have a website). Your PROFILE will feature in your selected category and country/location. You can also place additional profiles in any other categories/locations at AUD $30 (Australian dollars) PER YEAR, per each additional profile you place.

(b) OPTIONAL: monthly (payable) options are also available should you choose to advertise in (prime exposures) sections, such as (featured escorts) on Home Page or (Banner) advertising - refer to (advertise) for RATES and (advertising info) for explanation.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation instantly and you will 'forfeit' any refund of unused advertising fees.

(h) Myescort.com.au reserves the right to refuse advertising/service to anyone at any time, without notice, for any reason.


10. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
(a) Our Policy provides that you can cancel your advertising AT ANY TIME. Applicable only to (Featured Escorts) and (Banners)

(b) Note: cancellation DOES NOT apply to (General Profile Pages).

(c) Refund: we will refund you the balance of the unused portion of the advertising TERM in this manner :
Should your cancellation precede the expiration of the 'term period' taken, the original 'Basic Rate' (refer to clause 9) will then apply and charged to the advertising period/portion that has already been featured, and any balance remaining from the term taken less admin cost, will be refunded.


11. PAYMENT TERMS
